Hartii Games is a skill-based arcade on the Quai Network. By connecting a wallet and playing, you agree to the following.

Skill, not chance

Every game is fully deterministic: the same seed and inputs always produce the same result, and every ranked score is re-simulated on our servers before it counts. Outcomes depend on your skill, not on randomness or a house edge. There is no dealer, no odds, and no game played against Hartii.

Ranked entries & prizes

• Ranked entry fees are paid in QUAI directly to a per-game smart contract. Entries are final and non-refundable.
• 98% of entry fees form the prize pool for that game and tier; 2% is the creator fee. The player pool splits 30% weekly / 70% monthly, paid to the top 3 per tier (50/30/20).
• Prizes are allocated by the owner after each cycle and claimed by winners directly from the contract — Hartii never holds custody of your winnings.
• Free play and daily challenges are always free and carry no prizes.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and permitted to participate in paid skill competitions where you live. It is your responsibility to ensure your use is lawful in your location. Play responsibly and never stake more than you can afford.

HARTII token & cosmetics

HARTII is a utility token for cosmetics and identity only — it is never used for ranked entry or prize eligibility, and it is not an investment. Cosmetics are NFTs you own and may trade; their value is set by the market, not guaranteed by Hartii.

Fair play

Automated play, tampering with the client, exploiting bugs, or attempting to submit unverifiable scores may result in disqualification and forfeiture. Score verification is public and re-runnable.

No warranty

The platform is provided "as is" on public blockchain infrastructure. Network congestion, price feeds, or third-party wallets may affect availability. To the extent permitted by law, Hartii is not liable for losses arising from use of the platform, smart-contract risk, or token price movements.
